Valli Unite

The restaurant is the heart of the Cooperative: created by renovating the spaces of an old stable, it now comprises the historic hall, the glass-fronted dining room, and the pergola overlooking a beautiful hilly panorama towards Cornigliasca. The cuisine is rooted in the fields: our chefs interpret our produce with respect for the land and tradition. It changes based on our raw materials, following the seasons, and offers a balanced à la carte menu with both meat and vegetarian dishes. Wine, flour, honey, meat, and cured meats are produced by Valli Unite, while the other ingredients come from organic farming, fair trade, and small local producers.
