CASTELLO DI BUBBIO

The hotel and restaurant are located in what remains of the 13th century castle at the entrance of the Bormida Valley. Suitable for ceremonies, with large rooms, and the pleasant green space, it serves straightforward Piedmontese cuisine (at times, the chef attempts successful pairings of sweet and savoury flavours). Cardoon flans, pear and gorgonzola puff-pastries, rice with sausage and barbera, ravioli with roast sauce, slow cooked beef in wine are just some of the exquisite dishes, accompanied by an important selection of wines.
