Piedmontese cattle, bred with farm fodder, are used to obtain meat cuts sold in the adjacent butcher shop, fresh or processed into roast beef and agnolotti. Since summer 2011, it has also been an agrigelateria selling ice cream made from fresh milk and local 0-mile raw materials.
