This company, which has been preparing grissini (salt-free and fat-free) and the light and fragrant Gran Grissino made with sourdough for over forty years, is an excellent example of the art of Piedmontese bakers. Then there are wholemeal sticks (with at least 7% fibre), soy ciabattina and Lingue Matte, two highly fragrant sheets of crispy pastry with olive oil, also available with olives, chilli pepper and rosemary. The new products include Tronchetti of bread made with kamut flour and hollow bread sticks which are original, crumbly and full of flavour.
