Toy Museum and Kookaburra Reserve

Arrive to Val Borbera to Torre Ratti where you can visit the toy museum - Casa del Fante, "from recycling to toy".

Lunch in a local restaurant with truffle and mushroom based menu, depending on the season, In the afternoon, transfer to Borghetto Borbera to visit an amateur breeding farm of parrots and their Kookaburra mascot, an Australian kingfisher who perfectly imitates the human laugh. Here you can get to know lots of species of birds and interact with them. 

At the end (depending on the season) "valborberino" aperitivo at sunset in a large well-equipped area close to the Borbera River, based on local products (salame nobile del Giarolo, Timorasso wine and Montebore cheese)
