A weekend in search of its majesty the truffle, immersed in the gently rolling hills of UNESCO Monferrato.

Live a unique sensory experience between woods and hazelnut groves accompanied by our expert trifolau (truffle hunters) and their trusted tabui (truffle dogs). A visit to a winery of the area, its infernot and wine tasting session will follow.

The legislation of the Piedmont Region allows the "night-time search" of the truffle: 

in June - July - August (in the moonlight) evening outings are usually planned between 9 pm and midnight (in this case, the itinerary will be modified).
